If you've been keeping up, you'll know that chapter 7 of the Star Wars saga has completed principal photography, and on the heels of that news is the unveiling of the official title, Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Directed by J.J. Abrams, the new film picks up three decades after the events of Return of the Jedi, with original trilogy stars Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Kenny Baker (R2-D2), Peter Mayhew (Chewbacca), and Anthony Daniels (C-3PO) all set to return. They'll be joined by Lupita Nyong'o (12 Years a Slave), Adam Driver (Girls), Oscar Isaac (Inside Llewyn Davis), John Boyega (Attack the Block) and Andy Serkis (Rise of the Planet of the Apes). As for the title, we can only surmise that the Force's "awakening" is the fallout of Luke Skywalker restoring its balance in Jedi. Let the rampant speculation begin.
