Lexus LF-C2 Concept
At this week’s L.A. Auto Show, Lexus took the wraps off the LF-C2 concept, a 2 + 2 roadster and “luxury Grand Touring concept” based on the RC Coupe. Notwithstanding the Japanese automaker’s checkered history when it comes to convertibles, the LF-C2 is resolutely topless, fronted by the signature Lexus spindle grille with a refined braided mesh, along with triangle-shaped LED headlights. Out back is a rear diffuser and chrome-covered quad exhaust tips. Inside the surprisingly minimalist cabin are a full-length center console, an analog clock and new touchscreen controls, as well as two-tone leather upholstery and ambient LED lighting.
