A little over an year after HASSELBLAD introduced its Stellar compact digital camera system, the Gothenburg-based camera maker is set to launch the follow-up, the Stellar II. Quipped with a new 20.2 megapixel sensor and lens by Zeiss, the camera is capable of capturing images in the most challenging circumstances. Paired with a multi-functional hot-shoe, user can attach a variety of accessories, including a microphone to record 1080/60p HD video. A 3-inch high resolution display screen, with capability to pivot up and down, allows you to review images instantaneously. Thanks to its new near field communication (NFC) system and integrated Wi-Fi, you can upload photos from the Stellar II to your smartphone, tablet devices and computers wirelessly and share them with ease.
Priced at $2,395 USD, with an option of four different grip finishes - olive wood, walnut, padouk, and carbon fibre, the HASSELBLAD Stellar II Compact Digital Camera will arrive soon at select HASSELBLAD retailers near you.
