An Austrian outfit named Kormaran has created a luxury convertible boat of the same name, containing a monohull, catamaran, trimaran, and sun-bathing platform in single carbon-fiber wrapped package. The 23-foot-long luxury yacht can even transform while on the move, courtesy of a pair of hydraulic-operated hulls. The vessel is powered by a 493-horsepower triple jet drive, able to hit a top speed of 44 mph with a range of 108 nautical miles at that max speed. Kormaran claims that the foldout hydrofoils, deployed during monohull mode, will reduce water resistance up to 80 percent, making for a vastly full-efficient ride. In terms of the build, the boat uses a combination of carbon fiber, titanium, and stainless steel, with an interior trimmed in leather and a wood deck is made from teak.
