In this unique behind the scenes video, we get an up close and personal look at how the expert craftsmen at Porsche's Zuffenhausen facility go about making the brand's much beloved hybrid sports car, the 918 Spyder. Only the sounds of screws being driven in place, the shuffling of feet, and the occasional rachet provide the soundtrack to this beautiful clip, which otherwise lacks music, dialogue, and narration. Instead, the workers and the vehicles speak volumes for themselves with their precision, professionalism, and pure beauty. Over the course of almost 11 minutes, we see the open-top hybrid coupe come alive from its hand-sewn interior to its powerful powerplant and its wheels and shims. While the are no more officially on the market, a video like this at least gives us a glimpse into what it would be like to unwrap one of these 608 hp rides on Christmas morning.
