Nike will celebrate Black History Month with an expansive collection that honors six athletes and coaches who have positively impacted sport with their courage and determination: Theotis Beasley, Kevin-Prince Boateng, Jerry Rice, Brianna Rollins, C. Vivian Stringer and John Thompson. The 2015 BHM Collection spans a full range of sports — basketball, football, running, soccer and skateboarding — and features goods in a black and white palette and a mix of three different prints. There are 12 shoes styles and 16 apparel and accessory pieces for both men and women. The 2015 BHM Collection includes: the LeBron 12, KD7, Kobe 9 Elite, Kyrie 1, Air Force 1 Duckboot, Air Max 1, Air Jordan XX9, Air Jordan 1, Air Max 1 Ultra WMNS, Air Force 1 Ultra Force WMNS, Mercuria Superfly and Nike SB Dunk. Assorted tees and caps round out the range.
A portion of proceeds from the sale of the 2015 BHM Collection will go to the Ever Higher Fund, which supports organizations that leverage sports to assist underserved youth. The collection launches January 17th through Nike.com and select Nike retailers.
