German label Acronym was started in 1994 by Michaela Sachenbacher and Errolson Hugh. The design agency aimed to unify style and technology in its apparel, and over the years they have worked with some of the biggest names in the game including Massimo, Burton, United Arrows and Arc’Teryx. They were brought in by Nike to help design their most recent ACG line, and now we have a bit of a sneak peek of their upcoming project with NikeLab, the Acronym x NikeLab Lunar Force 1 Pack. Consisting of (ostensibly) two pairs of the Lunar Force 1, one black and one white, both have patent leather slapped on the heel. What will undoubtedly be the most talked about design feature however, is the zipper that runs the length of the tongue on the upper. Let us know what you think about these, and stay tuned for further updates.
