Super Bowl XLIX is finally over, with the Patriots taking home the trophy after a pretty exciting fourth quarter. Aside from the game itself, however, it has always been a time-honored tradition to pay close attention to all the commercials in between breaks. Set at a whopping $4 million last year by Fox, NBC upped the ante for 2015, asking for $4.4 to $4.5 per 20-second spot. That's a big price tag but with the recorded 49.7 overnight rating, it seems the money may be worth it for brands.
