The racing version of the new Mercedes-AMG GT is set to debut at the Geneva Motor Show early next month. Launching in 2016 as a successor to the SLS AMG GT3, the race car is simply dubbed the GT3. It will be available to customer teams on an international scale, including here in the U.S. where it will be sold through Mercedes-AMG's Customer Sports division. For the moment we have this lone teaser shot go on, which indicates a much wider track than the road car, as well as a new grille design recalling the classic Mercedes racers of the 1950s, including the legendary 300 SLR. Stay tuned for technical details and the full reveal.
