After months of waiting, Apple has finally announced an event for their highly anticipated wearable. On March 9, media outlets from all over the country will gather at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco to get a detailed look at the new product. The name of the event "Spring Forward" is very fitting, not only because it takes place one day after Daylight Savings, but because it's an obvious reference to the springs inside a watch. According to the rumor mill, the Macbook Air is also due for an upgrade but only time will tell. It's possible that they'll want to devote the entire day to their high-tech timepiece. The Apple Watch will be the first new product since Steve Jobs introduced the iPad in 2010. Stay tuned for more news as it comes.
