The latest rumors surrounding Nike involve a proposed 31,500-square foot retail store in Miami, Florida that will include a rooftop basketball court and a jogging track. The current space, which is currently a Sherman Williams and Pottery Barn that plans to close in the coming months, will be converted into a massive three-story building. The first two floors will have 17-feet high ceilings and be stocked with retail items. Including the sports deck on the third floor, the height of the impressive structure will be 51-feet tall, which would make it significantly taller than other shops on the same block. Judging by the concept art, the exterior will have a sleek look with laminated glass and metal panels. If things go as planned, Miami Beach will be getting a pretty awesome Swoosh makeover.
