In 2013, KITH initiated the “East Coast Project,” highlighted by a pop-up shop in Miami and a collection of co-branded apparel and accessories. Since then, under the leadership of founder Ronnie Fieg, KITH has emerged as a nationally recognized brand, an evolution that’s capped off this season with the “West Coast Project.” Last week, the corresponding goods were launched at KITH’s pop-up shop on Abbot Kinney Blvd. in Venice, California. KITH has since brought the collection home to New York City, and its SoHo flagship has been revamped for the presentation. The main entryway is lined with glass-cased mannequins, each attired in different ensemble from the collection, while a visual breakdown of each garment is detailed on a pristine white staircase. KITH’s “West Coast Project” — as well as the Ronnie Fieg x ASICS Gel Sight “Atlantic” & “Pacific” — are available now at KITH’s Manhattan and Brooklyn locations, as well as online.
