Once every five years, New Balance releases a very special edition sneaker just for the Japanese market. Now, for the first time since 2010, the M1300 will be available stateside once again in a limited release. Having made its debut back in 1985, the famed silhouette was praised for is excellent craftsmanship and superior cushioning system complete with a Vibram sole unit. The New Balance 1300 JP comes back this year looking nearly identical to the original with mesh and leather panels of grey and blue. Hits of pale yellow and light grey offer contrast and a black outsole completes the look. The ultra-rare New Balance 1300 JP will be available starting March 28 and cost upwards of $300.
