Casio G-SHOCK recently partnered with renowned photographer Klaus Thymann to test the time zone and extreme environmental capabilities of the GPW1000, the world's first Atomic Solar Hybrid watch. Thymann documented the project, titled Timezone, which featured a 24-day expedition that led the team through a trio of largely uninhabited locations in Mexico, New Zealand and the Congo. The images -- previewed in the following pages -- will be exhibited from March 26 through April 9 at The Supermarket, located at 393 Broadway in New York City. As for the GPW1000, the watch retails for $950.00 and is available through the G-Shock NYC Soho Store, as well as select G-Shock retailers and online.
