Last year, Nike filed a $10 million lawsuit against three of their senior designers following their move over to adidas. Marc Dolce, Mark Miner, and Denis Dekovic have been accused of leaking sensitive material and disclosing future plans to adidas while still being employed by Nike. Refusing to back down, Dolce, Miner and Dekovic have fired back with a counter lawsuit against their former employer for violating their privacy rights by accessing their social media accounts. "The designers are not interested in and will not use old Nike designs or old Nike ideas in their new venture. None of the designers have ever passed any trade secret information to adidas or any other competitor, and they will not ever do so," they said in a statement.
