Music has always inspired Raymond Weil, a family-owned brand known for their unique timepieces. Now the brand pays tribute to one of the biggest names and vehicles for musical greatness, the Gibson SG, with an guitar-inspired watch named Nabucco. Revealed at Baselworld 2015, the Nabucco hits all of the right notes for music fans and horologists, featuring a black galvanic 46mm dial encircled by six grooves symbolizing the strings of the Gibson SG Standard as well as three built-in subdials. The logo of the premier axe maker has also been placed at the 12 o'clock position while a precise mechanical automatic movement with 46-hour reserve provides the power to make this thing tick. The Nabucco will be limited to 200 pieces and is the perfect way to celebrate one of the industry's biggest icons.
