It's hard to make a splash in an event like the New York Auto Show, but that's exactly what Honda did with the surprise reveal of their latest Civic Concept. From the second the wraps were pulled off of the tenth generation production concept, the Auto Show was immediately taken by storm at this Civic's new styling direction for an "ultra-sporty" take on the Sedan, Coupe, Si, hatchback, and - most importantly - Type R. While there are no interior shots, we've got plenty of looks after the jump of its longer wheelbase and its lower and wider body as well as its aggressive wheel arches, LED headlamps, and new "Flying H" grille. A large fixed wing, LED taillights, and a single hexagonal center-mounted exhaust tip round out the exterior updates. Under the hood, the 2016 production model will see a 1.5-liter VTEC Turbo direct-injection engine working nicely with new safety systems like Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Departure Warning, Collision Warning, and Rearview cameras. Continue after the jump to see every side of the car sure to take the States by storm this fall when it hits dealers.
