6/5/4 Motors of Stockholm has put the finishing touches on this custom Ducati 850 GT, a project whose first step involved a long search for an 850 GT in Sweden. (The guys found a mid-’70s GTS variant in a local barn.) The vision for a streamlined, stripped down bike began by literally stripping down the bike. The engine was overhauled, carburetors equipped with a pair of filters in lieu of the original air box, and Dunstall-style mufflers installed on the stock headers. The rear was edited with a new loop, and mounts were added for the new custom leather seat and electrical components. While the original speedometer was repainted and mounted on a a custom bracket, the grips, levers and cables were all replaced, along with the headlight, taillight and turn signals.
