When it first launched in 2004, the Sock Dart became the very first sneaker to be made using computerized knitting technology. Over a decade later, the innovative design has returned and still remains ahead of its time. After showing us some bright new colorways for Spring 2015, Nike gives us a look at another stunning edition, this time drawing inspiration from Jordan Brand’s iconic “Black Grape” Air Jordan 5. A seamless black mesh upper sits on top of a white midsole, while the clear foot strap is done in gradient hues of purple and blue. The NikeLab Sock Dart “Black Grape” has yet to receive a release date yet but we’ll be sure to keep you posted with details as they come. You can probably bet that they’ll fly off the shelves just as quickly as they got there. Turn the page for another look.
