Dodge has unveiled the absolutely gorgeous 2016 Viper ACR, which is being hailed as the “fastest street-legal Viper track car ever”. Power will come from the usual V10 8.4-liter engine that pushes out 645 horsepower and 812 Nm of torque through a 6-speed manual gearbox. It will feature custom made exhaust tips that provide reduced exhaust pressure and stopping pressure will come courtesy of a Brembo carbon ceramic matrix braking system made with 390mm two-piece front rotors and 360mm two-piece rear rotors, with six-piston calipers at the front axle and four-piston calipers at the rear. Boasting a top speed of 177 mph, the 2016 Dodge Viper ACR is set to go into production in the third quarter of this year. Turn the page for a closer look.
