Nike has translated the Hypervenom II boot for small-sided football, resulting in the HypervenomX. The boot is engineered to work with the foot, with Nike Flywire strategically mapped onto the upper and additional siping applied to heavy ball-contact areas for enhanced touch. The Flywire is integrated into a responsive loft mesh of varying density levels, topped off with a Flyknit collar — a first for NikeFootballX — and anchored by a sole unit built with recycled Nike Grind rubber on high abrasion and drag areas for enhanced durability. Phylon cushioning for added comfort rounds out the details. HypervenomX debuts in a black “street” colorway, as well as the lead colorway borrowed from the Hypervenom II. Both styles are offered in indoor court (IC) and turf (TF) outsoles and can be purchased in stores starting today.
