BMW Motorrad has unveiled the Path 22 Concept, created for the Wheels & Waves Festival at the French seaside town of Biarritz. Based on the R nineT and named after a secluded surf spot in France, the Path 22 is distinguished by 1950s scrambler styling and is designed with the surfer in mind. It’s powered by a two-cylinder boxer engine and features a single-side swing arm rear suspension and a classic circular headlamp, as well as Akrapovic high-mounted tailpipes and a stitched leather seat. Last but not least is the custom surfboard carrier, crafted from machined aluminium and leather. It can be folded down to virtually disappear from view when not in use.
