BMW's family tree continues to grow this year with the introduction of the 2016 MINI Clubman. The new generation model aims to win the premium compact market segment, literally trying to fit everyday practicality, long distance suitability, and ride comfort all within one design fitting of the MINI badge. With four doors and the signature split doors at the rear, MINI was able to fit in five full-sized seats within the updated interior, which together benefits from almost a foot more length and 3 more inches than its kin. Two engine variants are also available with the 2016 MINI Clubman, both TwinPower Turbo Technology-enhanced, including the 134 HP 3-cylinder and a 189 HP 4-banger. Also new for 2016 is the introduction of MINI's 8 speed Steptronic transmission and a range of new electronicly controlled comfort and safety features like the parking brake, Heads-up Display, Driving Assistant, and camera-supported cruise control.
