Nike has unveiled the latest iteration of its Free Trainer, the Nike Free Trainer 3.0 V4. Featuring a completely revamped upper with a woven circular-knit mesh, the shoe carries a lockdown fit that strengthens when the foot is engaged, thereby reducing friction while also preventing slippage. The one-way stretch of the upper delivers lightweight flexibility and accommodates speed in all directions, all of which rests on a Free sole unit with hexagonal flex grooves, molded to offer six different flex points that allow for natural motion. The Nike Free Trainer 3.0 V4 launches July 8th through select Nike retailers and online.
