More dedicated than even the most devout groupie, Marshall Amps has been the constant companion to music fans of all genres. Now the British brand is out with their own smartphone device designed with musicians in mind, the Marshall London, releasing first throughout Europe. In terms of styling, the device looks like the iconic stand-up cabinets with a soft, textile faux-leather finish with knurled gold colored buttons and dual front speakers, just like their larger kin. So what about its actual functionality? There are two stereo inputs up top for you and a friend to share headphones, along with a 4.7-inch face, 16 GB of internal storage, a Snapdragon 410 chip, and a 8- and a 2-megapixel camera. The Marshall London also has a bespoke DJ app so you can mix your music using the two jacks and the dual microphones, always at the ready to record your ad hoc jams. Priced at $499, the Marshall London will launch August 21.
