Back in 2013, Packer Shoes teamed up with Reebok to release a special edition of the Classic Leather, featuring a distinctive colorway inspired by an archival Reebok runner from 1979. That shoe, the Reebok Aztec, is now set to be revived in OG fashion. At the time of its launch, the shoe, handcrafted in England, was hailed as the brand’s most advanced runner yet, boasting a dual-density midsole, replaceable rubber carbon heel, speed laces and perforated Poron cushioned insoles. The shoe has now been reproduced to those original specs, complete with the OG vivid color scheme, and is now set to return August 1st through select Reebok retailers, including Sneaker Politics.
