Two years after taking the covers off of their R1 supercar, Germany'sSin Cars is back with a preview of their R1 RS production model. Debuted ahead of it's official visit to the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show this September, the R1 RS continues to blaze its own trail as a mid-engine supercar with a space-inspired carbon composite cabin that is as aggressive as it is lightweight (just about 2,000 lbs). Building on the speed of the R1, the R1 RS model that will hit dealers in early 2016 gives buyers the choice of a V8 – 430-hp LS3, 530-hp LS7 or 650-hp LS9 paired with a sequential, paddle-shifted transmission. Given its lightweight body and power engines, the Sin Cars R1 RS can hit 62mph in just 3.5 seconds before topping out at 186mph. Pricing hasn't been released yet, but Sin Cars did share a short video highlighting the best of what's to come. See it after the click.
