If you didn't catch the news, Land Rover announced the formal end of their Defender line last week, marking the event with three special editions to help lessen the blow. Now Startech has introduced their own new Land Rover Defender Sixty8, billed as their own farewell to the legendary off-road icon. Based on the Defender 110 Station Wagon, the Sixty8 sees a Corris Grey Metallic exterior paint treatment paired with a Santorini Black roof, LED headlamps, and extended fender flares. Tinted rear windows, an aluminum skid plate, and 18-inch Monostar D alloy wheels finish the exterior work. Inside, heated front sport seats, a sport steering wheel and gear knob continue the luxury treatment provided by the Tan and Ebony premium leather upholstery with diamond quilting. Other perks include an Alpine infotainment system and Alcantara headlining. Under the hood, power is provided by a 2.2-liter turbodiesel engine with 122 PS and 265 lb-ft of torque assisted by a six-speed manual and all wheel drive system. Orders for the Startech Land Rover Defender Sixty8 are currently open so give the team a call to learn more.
