After a day full of sneaker and apparel releases, we thought we'd mix things up with a preview of the Icona Vulcano Titanium, the Chinese-built, Italian designed supercar set to officially release at this year's Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. This supercar was actually previewed in a slightly different form back in 2013 at Auto Shanghai, but we now know the full extent and scale of its power with the reveal of this near-production model. Packing a Corvette ZR1-sourced 6.2-liter V8 engine, the Vulcano's powerplant generates 670 HP in its base form, with the ability to customize it up to more than 1,000HP. As its name also suggests, the Vulcano's body is crafted from a mix of titanium and carbon fiber shaped with unique fenders and etched panels, which together allows it to weigh in at a respectable 3,516lbs and hit 60mph in just 2.8 seconds before topping out at 220mph. More visual and performance details will be revealed as we near its official debut in mid-August, so stay tuned.
