With the Apple Watch failing to claim total victory, Samsung readies their Gear S2 for delivery in a bid to claim the title. A follow-up to last year's Samsung Gear S, the brand returns with a lot of the functionality like health tracking, a media player, and mobile device pairing - and more - but leaves the cellular connectivity and curved screen behind. Instead, the Gear S2 comes packed with a rounded 360x360 resolution, 1.2 inch diameter screen powered by a 1.2 GHz processor and 4GB of internal memory that connects with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth as well as NFC for mobile payment. The device also blends traditional time indications and hands with multi-functional screen windows for custom information displays and three day battery reserve. Both the white and black colorway options come with either a rubber wristband in dark gray or silver while the "Classic" version features a leather band with a matching case.
