New York-based Stadium Goods is the latest addition to the high-stakes resale firmament, offering a premium high-end marketplace for hard to find sneakers, with a special focus on stellar customer service. Founders John McPheters and Jed Stiller, drawing from their past experience in e-commerce, venture capital and hospitality, are staking new ground by bringing an innovative and customer service-focused approach to buying and selling highly coveted footwear, apparel and lifestyle goods. Offering merchandise from Nike, adidas, Jordan, Supreme, Converse, ASICS and more, Stadium Goods will operate a desktop and mobile-enabled e-commerce site, as well as a brick-and-mortar retail location at 47 Howard Street in NYC. There’s also a separate Stadium Goods Market Center for sellers, located at 305 Canal Street and offering a fully staffed authentication and intake depot for new and unworn sneakers and apparel. Sellers can make use of convenient online scheduling for consignment appointments, while buyers can similarly take advantage of online purchases with an in-store pick-up option.
The Stadium Goods Market Center is open seven days a week, from 12:00PM to 8:00PM. The Stadium Goods Retail Store is set to launch on Friday, October 16, and will also be open seven days a week from 12:00PM to 8:00PM. Head here to sign up for updates on the upcoming launch of the Stadium Goods site.
