After sitting on the market since 2012, Michael Jordan and his realty team are taking a new tactic in the effort to sell his massive Chicago Estate. After initially listing for a cool $29 million back in 2013 and failing to move during an auction that same year, His Airness has now enlisted the help of Kofi Nartey of the The Agency real estate group to help drum up more interest in the property. The results so far are two certainly unique video tours of the 56,000 sq-ft Highland Park estate, which feature nine bedrooms and 17 bathrooms, a 15-car heated garage, and a regulation-sized indoor basketball court. Future owners can also enjoy a billiards parlor, tennis court, and decked-out gym where you can recreate all your MJ-inspired sports day-dreams, surrounded by a living fence of 150 mature trees. Check out both videos below.
