The fact that it is Friday is reason enough for Jeep to deliver us a treat today, giving us a sneak peek at two of their upcoming LA Auto Show Special Edition releases: a Jeep Wrangler Backcountry and Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT Night. The Jeep Wrangler Backcountry is focused just exactly on that, tuned based on the Wrangler Sahara, boasting powder coated bumpers, rock rails, and Backcountry decals as well as a black fuel door, hard top, and 17-inch wheels. Inside, the cabin is spruced up with black leather and mesh seats with gray contrast stitching, all weather accessories, and a nine-speaker Alpine audio system.

The Grand Cherokee SRT Night, on the other hand, features a two-tone exterior in Silver, Granite, or Velvet Red complimented with Black Laguna leather upholstery, chrome, a dual-pane sunroof, and a 19-speaker Harman Kardon audio system. Under the hood, power is provided with a 6.4-liter HEMI V8, which delivers 475 HP and 470 lb-ft of torque, capable of hitting 60mph in 4.8 seconds before topping out at 160mph. The Jeep Wrangler Backcountry will go on sale later this month while the Grand Cherokee SRT Night will arrive at dealerships early next year, but you can see both now below.
