If you recall the product tie-in between Pepsi and the Back to the Future movies, it makes sense that The Hundreds considers itself as part of the Pepsi generation. As Bobby Hundreds puts it, the brand has a mythos that transcends its fizzy origins: “Pepsi, to me, is a part of Americana,” Bobby says. “As much as it is a beverage, it’s also about American culture.” To that end, The Hundreds set out to recreate Pepsi’s advertising campaigns from the ’40s through the 2000s, using the brand’s iconography on assorted tees, raglan tops and hoodies. Look for the collection to launch this Friday, November 20th, through The Hundreds’ flagship locations and online, as well as select retailers.
