Levi's has just announced a new partnership with LA's Darren Romanelli and his DRx line on a limited selection of overalls made from 100% recycled Levi's jeans. While Levi's are no stranger to collaborations and custom apparel, there are few designers that have embraced the denim pants like Romanelli, which stems from his lifelong love of the jeans since his childhood back in California. Celebrating the fact that Romanelli has used Levi’s as a primary material in the DRx line since its inception in 2001, this latest collection of overalls is made from 100% recycled Levi’s, each set individually reconstructed and patch-worked back together by DRx, showcasing a custom apron with patches by Tetsuzo Okubo of 'A Love Movement’. The Levi's x DRx Romanelli collection will be limited to 10 pieces, each retailing for $1,800 each exclusively via Maxfield in Los Angeles.
