NikeLab is giving the Kobe X a premium send-off, thanks to this new low-top version of the shoe designed by the troika of Mark Parker, Tinker Hatfield and Hiroshi Fujiwara. This final NikeLab Kobe X Elite Low HTM utilizes Flywire cables and a Flyknit upper, which first debuted for the hardwood with the Kobe 9 HTM. Complementing the translucent outsole and knitted upper are uniquely subtle details, including metallic aglets with HTM branding that screw onto the laces. A hybrid cushioning system that features Lunarlon, Zoom Air and Free-inspired siping round out the performance technologies. The kicks are available now through NikeLab 21 Mercer. Details on a wider release are forthcoming.
