In an age where sneakerheads fight to be the first to post their latest get or tease on any and every social media platform, a new quiet, unassuming sheriff has come to town: the World of Niché. Little is known about what goes on behind that opaque door, but the store is by-appointment-only, selling limited edition sneakers that they only want potential buyers to see. Once you confirm a time slot, visitors are treated to a look at the store's line-up - a runner for $300, a high-top for $400, and a hiking boot for $450, each in three colorways - all which are stored within a giant brass ball suspended from the ceiling. Since no photos are allowed, you'll have to try your luck to get an appointment to visit 66 Bleecker Street in NYC. Until then, you can go deeper with their GQ spread.
