As has been observed by wry fashion critics, Jean Touitou, the founder of French label A.P.C., maintains an outspoken public persona that's far removed from the refined and unassuming aesthetic of his brand. Touitou's Paris apartment, where he lives with his wife and daughter, reflects the brand and not the man. It's not surprising, considering that architect Laurent Deroo, who designed almost all of A.P.C.'s stores for the past 15 years, is also responsible for Jean's minimalist apartment.
