In a sea of small motorbikes in the fishbowl that is Bangkok's busy streets swims a big fish: Thailand's K-Speed. Out ahead of the pack when it comes to tuning high-capacity motorcycles, K-Speed is in the business of customizing BMWs out of their 12 locations across the country. This 1981 BMW R100RS Cafe Racer happens to be their latest project, where they proceeded to chop off the subframe, install a new new tail loop, craft a leather pan-shaped seat, and fit a sportier front end. New LED head and taillamps work with custom struts to finish the design and maintain the black matte and bare metal look. Take a look at the images below and let us know if you think K-Speed knocked this one out of the park.
