News surrounding the Tesla Model 3 takes a backseat -- at least for the moment -- to the unveiling of a refreshed Model S. Tesla's sedan arrives wearing new adaptive LED headlights and a grille-free front, similar to the Model X crossover. An additional upgrade is also borrowed from the Model X, an optional HEPA air-filtration system that promises to keep out "99.97% of particulate exhaust pollution and effectively all allergens, bacteria and other contaminants from cabin air." Additionally, the Model S now has a 48-amp charger standard (up 8 amps), which will enable faster charging when connected to higher-amp outlets. The changes are live now on Tesla's site.
