Kobe Bryant Scored 60 Points in His Final Game
Mamba out
Kobe Bryant played the final game of his 20-year career last night in front of an adoring sold-out crowd at Staples Center. In something of a storybook ending, Kobe outscored the Utah Jazz by himself in the fourth quarter, 23-21, on his way to a 60-point performance and a 101-96 comeback win for his Lakers team. Addressing the crowd after the game, Bryant said he took pride in the down years "because we didn't run. We played through all that stuff, and we got our championships, and we did it the right way."
