Porsche has just taken the covers off of their 2017 718 Boxster sibling: the Porsche 718 Cayman. As with previous years and editions, the model is exactly what you would expect from the coupe variant - a Boxster with a fixed metal roof - but the brand does bring two new turbocharged, four-cylinder engines into the mix to replace the old naturally-aspirated six-banger. The base version is a 2.0-liter with 300HP while the S model upgrades to a 2.5-liter engine with 350HP and 310 lb-ft of torque. Both models will share an optional Sport Chrono Package, a top track speed of 170 mph, and standard Porsche Communication Management that can be enhanced to include real-time traffic and voice navigation. The 2017 Porsche Cayman begins at $53,900 with delivery beginning in November.
