Two German Firms Dream Up an Aggressive Custom BMW Cafe Racer Dressed in Camo
Two of Munich's favorite sons have joined forces to put their own signature touches on one of the Bavarian brand's most famous motorcycles, codenamed the DA#4. Designed to help usher in the "neo-racer" genre of bike design, Diamond Atelier and K1X reworked the frame, mechanics, and power of a '15 BMW R nineT, creating a bike that easily captures attention with its balance of old and new. While it embraces new technology, complex electronics, and a four piece frame with bespoke touches, DA builders Tom Konecny and Pablo Steigleder also respected its past with a low, but broad stance finished with 100g sterling silver badges and even a 0.17 carat diamond into the triple clamp. The bike includes a 1180cc, two cylinder boxer engine with 115hp, and enough style to resonate around the world. Learn more at Diamond Atelier and check it up close in our gallery below.
