BMW Marks their 100th with a MINI ACV 30 Concept Revival

The BMW Group family is celebrating their centennial anniversary this week by reaching back into their archives to revive some of their most storied concepts, including this MINI ACV 30. The radical, mid-engine rear-wheel-drive ACV 30 was designed by BMW Group Head of Design Adrian Van Hooydonk in 1997 as an exercise of nostalgia with deep roots in retro design principles. The modern interpretation never made it to market, but it was revealed at a Monte Carlo Rally where the manual two-seater turned heads with its powerful proportions and signature design elements.
