Stability and sure footing are the keys to a good golf swing, and toward that end, Nike designers have created Articulated Integrated Traction, a technology that decouples the medial heel and lateral forefoot area to propel the athlete through the swing. A series of articulated channels create better balance while keeping the golfer lower to the ground, and a unique TPU tread replaces traditional spikes. The new technology makes its debut on the new Nike Flyknit Elite, featuring a full-length Lunarlon midsole and breathable one-piece Flyknit upper. The first silhouette featuring Flyknit specifically engineered for golf performance, the Flyknit Elite also has Dynamic Flywire for midfoot lockdown and a protective mid-height collar that conforms to the athlete’s foot. Look for the Nike Flyknit Elite to be available in two colorways (pure platinum/cool grey and black/clear jade) starting June 16 at nike.com and select retailers.
