Originally launched in 1978 as an offshoot of the Celica coupe, the Toyota Supra would go on to become one of the brand's most beloved models, eventually meeting its untimely demise in 2002. Its return was hinted at in 2014, when Toyota took to the Detroit Auto Show to debut the FT-1 concept, pictured here. The Japanese automaker has now confirmed that the Supra will be resurrected in 2018, and it will be partially based on the FT-1 concept, meaning drivers can probably expect an aggressive track stance and a curved, aerodynamic design language. Stay tuned for updates.
