adidas looks to its 1984 archive to resurrect the L.A. Trainer, the brand's final city model and one of the last silhouettes originating from its German production line. 32 years later, adidas is reviving the L.A. Trainer in a faithful reproduction of the original. The shoe comes out of the adidas factory in Scheinfeld, located a stone's throw away from the company’s Herzogenaurach headquarters. The dark navy/silver OG colorway is used on a build featuring Stockmayer mesh, a technical material also utilized on the 1984 version. The shoe's signature Vario Shock-Absorption System, complete with adjustable multi-colored heel pegs, around out the details. Available through Consortium stockists, the L.A. Trainer drops on August 6th.
