As the creative director for Under Armour Sportswear, Belgian designer Tim Coppens has to balance his trademark style with the technical and athletic elements that are embedded into the DNA of UA. Describing his introductory collection, Coppens says, "There are athletic references and functional elements in the clothes, like magnetic closures and bonded seams, but this isn't athleisure." These are clothes that are meant to be worn on the street, but with technical features that make them especially versatile and durable, including welded fabrics and water-repellent treatments. Check out a sampling of the collection in the gallery below, and expect the entire range to launch on September 15.
