Last night during a special event in New York City, adidas officially introduced Athletics, the brand's new apparel category meant to bridge the gap between lifestyle and on-field performance. A key item from the line takes the form of the Z.N.E. Hoodie, constructed from a cozy heavyweight cotton and featuring a large hood that allows athletes to block out distractions and maximize pre-game focus.
Scroll through the gallery below to see a recap of last night's launch event, featuring appearances by U.S. track star Tori Bowie, Andrew Wiggins of the Minnesota Timberwolves, Joakim Noah of the New York Knicks, junior tennis star Coco Shilin and musical performances by Metro Boomin and Fetty Wap. Those images are followed by campaign shots that feature adidas athletes like Aaron Rodgers, Ana Ivanovic, DeAndre Hopkins, Gareth Bale, Morgan Brian and more, all sporting the Z.N.E. Hoodie.
The adidas Z.N.E. Hoodie retails for $100 and arrives in white, ice blue, collegiate navy, black, and olive cargo for men, and white, black, blue, red, vapour steel and collegiate navy for women. The garment launches September 7 in stores and online at adidas.com.
