Based in New York City's Lower East Side, Chari & Co has evolved over the years from a bike shop into a recognized brand known for its apparel and accessories, as well as its quality cycling goods. Its latest venture is a first-ever collaboration with G-Shock on a limited-edition GA500K watch, one that's inspired by the design of a bike frame. Its triangular shape is echoed in the arrangement of the dual black and olive shades -- similarly featured on Chari & Co's racing apparel -- while a revamped case design incorporates a wider face, with a retrograde second hand for the stopwatch and countdown timer. Performance details include Shock Resistance and 200M Water Resistance, LED Light, 48-city World Time, 5 Daily Alarms, a Retrograde 1/100th-second Stopwatch with Target Time Alert, Countdown Timer, as well as a unique Hand Retract Function which shifts the analog hands away from the digital display during timing measurements.

Retailing for $190, the GA500K release February 9th in-store at Chari & Co. You can also expect availability at and the G-Shock Soho Store.
